Texas Rangers first baseman Mark Teixeira, who'll be eligible for free agency after the 2008 season, is dropping strong hints that he wouldn't mind being traded to Baltimore before then. He grew up in nearby Severna Park as an Orioles fan, and he still roots for the Orioles when they aren't playing his Rangers.
