Veteran pitcher Jose Contreras was adamant Wednesday that he doesn't want to be traded from the White Sox, but he also said that, if approached with the scenario, he would waive his no-trade clause. ''I do have [a no-trade clause], but if [the Sox] come to me and say they want to trade me, that means they want to get rid of you,'' Contreras said through translator and bench coach Joey Cora. ''So I would just waive it. But I really want to be here.''
