The Tampa Bay Rays entered Sunday's action with the best record in the American League, but they'll have to play without Ji-Man Choi going forward.

Choi strained his hamstring during Saturday's game against the Boston Red Sox. He's expected to miss the rest of the regular season and possibly into the playoffs.

In 42 games, Choi has hit .230/.331/.410 (105 OPS+) with three home runs and another 13 doubles.
