Alfonso Soriano showed up to the Cubs' camp on Thursday, five days before position players are slated to arrive. 'I like to always come early,'' he said. ''It's my first time here with Chicago. When I played for the Yankees, I always start early. It's something that I like to do and make some friends here early.''
