Juan Gonzalez told MLB.com that he is interested in making a return and that the Tigers are one of three teams interested. When asked Sunday about the report, Detroit club president and general manager Dave Dombrowski said the Tigers aren't trying to sign Gonzalez. Gonzalez turned down a $140 million deal from the Tigers before the 2000 season. The Orioles were also reported to be interested but the Baltimore Sun spoke to an official from the club and that there isn't interest from them either.
