Mark Mulder is projected to make 20-25 starts when he's finally ready to pitch after shoulder surgery. The Rangers, Cardinals, Indians, Giants, and Padres are very interested. Agent Gregg Clifton said he was awaiting formal offers from Texas and Cleveland this weekend. Mulder spent four hours with the Rangers last week, being wined and dined by owner Tom Hicks, who realizes he has to get pitching to survive.
