Robin Yount will not return as bench coach for the Brewers. He had been reluctant to return to the organization while raising his family in Scottsdale, Ariz. But Yount's youngest child, Jenna, finished high school in May, and his friendship with manager Ned Yost and coach Dale Sveum swayed him to return for the 2006 season. "This was a very difficult decision for me," Yount said in a statement Friday. "I have such a passion for the job and I did not want to shortchange the club by not being able to fully commit to the position."
