The Baltimore Orioles have left Chris Davis off their roster for the ALCS against the Kansas City Royals.

Davis was suspended for 25 games by Major League Baseball on Sept. 12 for testing positive for Adderall, a banned amphetamine.

The first baseman has five games left to serve, meaning at the most he'd be available to play two games against the Royals.

"We're not going to play with 24 for five games," Buck Showalter said.
