Jaime Garcia has suffered a setback as he works his way back from a partial labrum tear in his shoulder.

He began a rehab assignment with Double-A Springfield on Sunday and was hit in the throwing elbow by a pitch. X-rays came back negative, but he now has a bruised elbow on his left arm.

"It's really, really frustrating," Garcia told the media. "I get out of one thing and something else happens. I'm seeing this as just a little bump and be back right where I was."
