Mark Teixeira may have changed his setup at the plate this season.

In a post on River Avenue Blues, Teixeira's stance from Tuesday night's game against the Seattle Mariners is questioned. Looking at his swing from that game and 2013 it looks as though Teixeira has closed his stance a bit, stood more upright, lowered his hands and extended a two-handed follow-through.

Mike Axisa points out that those adjustments are similar to the ones Curtis Granderson made in August 2010, which led to a power binge.
