Baker was the manager of the Cubs the last four seasons, but he was relieved of his duties on Monday. In 2003, Baker's first season in Chicago, the Cubs were five outs away from the World Series in Game 6 of the National League Championship Series, but the Marlins came back from a 3-0 deficit and won that game, 8-3. Florida eventually won Game 7 to advance to the World Series. Overall, Baker was 322-326 (.497) in Chicago.
