The official Twitter feeds of the Atlanta Braves and Washington Nationals engaged in a war of words after both teams spilled out of the dugouts and bullpens on Tuesday night.

The on-field incident occurred Atlanta's Julio Teheran hit Washington's Bryce Harper with a pitch in the fifth inning. No punches were thrown.

In Harper's prior at-bat, he homered off Teheran. After getting hit, Harper barked at Teheran and pointed at him.

Tweaking Harper's famous retort to a reporter, "That's a clown question, bro," the Braves tweeted: "Clown move bro."

The Nationals replied: "Which part, giving up the home run, or drilling the 20-year-old on the first pitch his next time up?"
