Curtis Granderson, who struck out 16 times in 30 at-bats during the postseason, may see an eye specialist this offseason, according to a source.

Some within the Yankees organization believe there is an issue with Granderson's vision after he swung at so many pitches outside the strike zone. He also struck out 195 times during the regular season.

This isn't the first time Granderson's eyes have been an issue.

In February of 2010, Granderson said that he had been diagnosed with 20/30 vision shortly after being traded to the Yankees, prompting him to try wearing contact lenses for the first time in his career.
