Anibal Sanchez shut down the Yankees on Sunday afternoon, giving the Tigers a 2-0 lead in the ALCS.

He allowed just three hits into the seventh inning as Detroit won 3-0. The team's starters have a 0.94 ERA in the postseason through seven games.

The Tigers have had four straight games in which their starter went at least five innings and allowed zero earned runs. They are the first team in the last 100 seasons to do so.
