Miguel Cabrera is just a few days away from winning the American League Triple Crown.

He leads the league with a .325 batting average, 43 home runs and 136 RBI.

Josh Hamilton also has 43 home runs, while Edwin Encarnacion has 42 homers.

Hamilton has 127 RBI, Cabrera's closest competitor in that category.

Joe Mauer is another threat to Cabrera's Triple Crown hopes. The Twins catcher is hitting .323 and a hot final series, coupled with a poor one by Cabrera, could allow him to surpass the Detroit slugger.
