Cliff Lee struck out 11 batters over the weekend without walking a hitter.

He has seven career games with 11 strikeouts and no walks, tied for the fifth most since 1918.

Only Randy Johnson (25), Roger Clemens (16), Pedro Martinez (13) and Curt Schilling (12) have more such starts in their careers.

Lee has also made 15 consecutive starts of at least six innings and one or fewer walks.

That streak is the longest in a season since 1918, surpassing the 14-game run authored by Greg Maddux in 1997.
