The Marlins are currently discussing the pros and cons of retaining Ozzie Guillen, according to a source.

Guillen is signed through 2015 and Miami has talked to former player Mike Lowell about getting into the managerial field.

The team may be in for a host of changes. Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports that the Marlins plan to dismiss Larry Beinfest, president of baseball operations, and replace him with Dan Jennings, the team's vice president of player personnel.
