The Pirates took Kevin Correia out of the rotation last week and he has now asked the team to trade him. "I want to start," the right-hander said. "For that to happen, I'll have to go someplace else." Pittsburgh moved Correia to the bullpen when they acquired Wandy Rodriguez. "We're open to a trade, but it's got to be something that makes us better," general manager Neal Huntington said. Correia will be a free agent after the season.
