The Red Sox could activate Jacoby Ellsbury and Clay Buchholz from the disabled list this weekend, according to a report.
Nick Cafardo of the Boston Globe says the plan is for Ellsbury to be activated on Friday and Buchholz on Saturday.
Ellsbury has been out since mid-April after separating his shoulder, while Buchholz will have missed three-plus weeks with gastrointestinal bleeding.
