Washington Nationals outfielder Jose Guillen will have season-ending surgery Tuesday for a completely torn ligament in his right elbow. The procedure will be performed by Dr. James Andrews after an MRI exam revealed the full tear. "He could not go forward without having this operation," Nationals general manager Jim Bowden said.
