The Nationals are still hoping to trade John Lannan this season, but his performance with Triple-A Syracuse hasn't increased his stock. The left-hander has a 6.10 ERA in six starts and will earn $5 million this season. Washington shopped Lannan after he didn't make the rotation out of spring training, but they haven't been willing to take on any of his salary. The Nationals may have more luck dealing Chien-Ming Wang, who gave up two runs in seven innings in a rehabilitation start in Syracuse on Wednesday. Wang, who had major shoulder surgery but was on the disabled list this time with a hamstring injury, makes $4 million this year.
