Nick Swisher is expected to miss a week because of a strained left hamstring. Yankees manager Joe Girardi gave the update on Swisher before Monday night's game against Baltimore. Swisher says he felt a "little pinch" in his hamstring when he took his first swing Sunday against Detroit. He was pulled in the third inning for a pinch runner.
