Mets All-Star shortstop Jose Reyes left in the seventh inning of Friday night's 7-3 loss to Florida with a cut on his left pinky.
He appeared to get spiked on a headfirst slide into first base and needed seven stitches in the finger. X-rays were negative.
"Everything is fine," Reyes said, adding he would sit out Saturday's doubleheader, and Sunday's game against the Marlins.
As for Tuesday night's All-Star game, "The doctor says `Let's see how it feels in the next couple of days,"' Reyes said.
