The Orioles have signed Japanese left-handed pitcher Tsuyoshi Wada to a $8.15M, two-year deal, according to an Associated Press report. The 30-year-old Wada is expected to enhance a staff that finished last in the majors with a 4.89 ERA. The contract includes a club option for 2014.
