The Padres have agreed to a $1.25M, one-year contract with outfielder Mark Kotsay, according to an Associated Press report on Wednesday night. Kotsay was with the Padres from 2001-03. Kotsay hit .270 with three home runs and 31 RBIs with the Brewers last season.
