There were two lengthy rain delays in Arlington during Game 1 of the ALCS between the Tigers and Rangers on Saturday night. With close to two hours worth of delays, managers Jim Leyland and Ron Washington were left to count on their bullpens. Mike Gonzalez, Alexi Ogando, Darren Oliver, Mike Adams and Neftali Feliz combined to strike out eight hitters and limit the Tigers to a measly bunt single in 4 1/3 innings of work, and the Rangers beat Detroit 3-2 to take a 1-0 lead in the ALCS.
