Phillies second baseman Chase Utley is set to return to the team on Thursday, according to a report. Utley has missed the last seven games with a mild concussion after being hit in the head by Atlanta's Eric O'Flaherty last week. He has twice passed Impact tests, which measure the level of a concussion. "He was starting to drive some balls and get his swing down," Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said. "Then he got hit in the head, and it set him back. But he has time to get ready. When we do get into the playoffs, he'll be ready."
