The St. Louis Cardinals, according to Rob Rossi, have emerged as a suitor "very interested" in Craig Wilson since first baseman Albert Pujols was placed on the disabled list with a strained right oblique muscle. The Pirates have inquired about availability of right-handed pitcher Anthony Reyes, a top pitching prospect in the Cardinals' organization. St. Louis, however, is unwilling to part with Reyes.
