The Indians have placed outfielder Shin-Soo Choo back on the disabled list. Choo was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a strained side muscle, yet another injury the team will have to overcome as it tries to stay in the playoff chase. Cleveland is already missing outfielders Grady Sizemore and Michael Brantley, slugger Travis Hafner, pitchers Josh Tomlin and Carlos Carrasco and second baseman Jason Kipnis.
