The non-waiver trade deadline may have passed, but the Blue Jays could still chase Astros left-hander Wandy Rodriguez. Toronto called about nearly every player that was available prior to Sunday's deadline and Jeff Passan of Yahoo! Sports writes that they could still work out a waiver deal with Houston.
