Phillies reliever Jose Contreras will miss three to four weeks of action after an MRI revealed a mild Grade 1 strain of his right forearm. The right-hander will be shut down for 7-10 days. Contreras had been closing for Brad Lidge, who has been out since spring training with a strained rotator cuff and hopes to be back after the All-Star break.
