Marlins outfielder Mike Stanton believes he'll be able to avoid the disabled list despite a left hamstring injury.
Stanton is out indefinitely with the injury.
He was taken out of Friday's game after running the bases in the fifth inning.
"Maybe I overstretched it and did something to tweak it a little bit," Stanton said. "Like I said with the quad, I never did it before. I've never done this before."
