Milwaukee Brewers general manager Doug Melvin announced Tuesday afternoon that he had decided to put Sheets on the 15-day disabled list with tendinitis in his right shoulder. That move will be made officially today, retroactive to last Wednesday, the day after his last start. "We want to try to get our pitching in order," Melvin said. "We just can't keep patching things up and going around Ben. We need to get our rotation back in order instead of guys going on three days (of rest) and holding guys back and whatever."
