Nationals outfielder Bryce Harper left Monday's minor league intrasquad scrimmage after spraining his left ankle. Harper was trying to beat out a ground ball when he stepped awkwardly on first base. Washington has listed him as day-to-day. He was 7 for 18 (.389) with five RBIs this spring before being optioned to Class A on March 12.
