The Rays could trade another starting pitcher, according to ESPN.com's Buster Olney. Tampa Bay dealt Matt Garza to the Cubs earlier this offseason. James Shields is coming off a down year, with a 5.18 ERA and 34 home runs allowed in 2010. Olney writes that he's a trade chip because he will make $4.25 million this year, but is under team control through 2014 because of a series of options -- $7 million for next season, $9 million for 2013 and $12 million for '14.
