The Dodgers on Friday signed veteran right-handed reliever Mike MacDougal to a Minor League contract with an invitation to Major League camp. MacDougal, who turns 34 in March, was an All-Star in 2003 as the closer for the Kansas City Royals, but in the last two years bounced around four organizations. He made 18 appearances for the Cardinals last year with a 7.23 ERA and spent most of the season at Triple-A.
