The Blue Jays have agreed to a one-year, $3.5 million contract with Octavio Dotel and a minor-league deal with Chad Cordero. Dotel gets $3 million this year, and Toronto has a $3.5 million club option for 2012 with a $500,000 buyout. Cordero, 28, was 0-1 with a 6.52 ERA for Seattle last year.
