Kansas City prospect Mike Moustakas has been named the Texas League Player of the Year for the 2010 season. Moustakas played with the Naturals from April 22-July 17 prior to his promotion to Triple-A Omaha. Prior to shifting to the Pacific Coast League, the third baseman led the Texas League in all three ?Triple Crown? categories, batting .347 with 21 home runs and 76 RBI. He also paced the circuit in slugging percentage (.687) as the Naturals ran away with the North Division first-half title.
