The Dodgers have placed left fielder Manny Ramirez on waivers, according to sources. Teams will have until Friday to put in a claim on Ramirez. Any team that's awarded the claim would have until Tuesday afternoon to work out a trade with the Dodgers. Ramirez's contract includes a no-trade clause, which means he'd also have to approve any possible deal. Tigers outfielder Johnny Damon was claimed on waivers by the Red Sox this week, but he denied the move. It was reported on Tuesday that the White Sox planned to claim Ramirez.
