Phillies starter Jamie Moyer strained his left elbow and was removed after one inning against the Cardinals on Tuesday night. Moyer, 47, is the oldest starting pitcher in the major leagues. He is expected to land on the 15-day disabled list. He said he expected to pitch again this season. "When that is, I have no idea," Moyer said. "My goal is to keep a positive mental outlook whatever the diagnosis is."
