According to a source, the Padres will announce Monday that they've agreed to a three-year deal through 2013 with Bud Black with club options for 2014 and 2015. Last August, the Padres extended Black's contract through 2010 with a club option for 2011. In three-plus seasons under Black, the Padres are 281-297.
