Add the Atlanta Braves to the list of teams interested in acquiring outfielder/first baseman Craig Wilson. Atlanta is one of now five clubs believed to have contacted the Pirates about the availability of Wilson, who can become a free agent after the season. The Pirates are dangling Wilson in hopes of landing a veteran right-handed pitcher who can fill a spot in the rotation left vacant by Kip Wells, who will miss at least half the season recovering from a procedure to correct a circulatory condition in his right arm. Boston right-hander Bronson Arroyo was on the Pirates' radar, but he was shipped to Cincinnati yesterday for Reds' outfielder Wily Mo Pena.
