The Diamondbacks say their willingness to make trades is no different than it was before general manager Josh Byrnes was fired. However, others in the industry believe Arizona will be more aggressive following their front-office shakeup and Dan Haren is a leading candidate to be dealt. According to a major-league source, right fielder Justin Upton, right-hander Ian Kennedy and catcher Miguel Montero are the only untouchables. "We will move a player if we think that makes us a better organization," interim GM Jerry Dipoto said. "Obviously, we hold Dan Haren in high regard. It's hard to figure out what makes us a better team trading Dan Haren in today's market. "There are things we have to consider. But we're not going to trade anyone just for the sake of trading them ... How many guys are moved, the market tells you that."
