The Dodgers have signed pitcher Russ Ortiz to a minor league contract with an invitation to Spring Training. Los Angeles extended the same offer to outfielder Michael Restovich. Ortiz, once a 21-game winner, has since been released by Arizona from a $33 million contract and missed the 2008 season with Tommy John elbow reconstruction.
