John Salvo of Racine, Wisconsin will have watched all 422 possible NL and AL matchups over the course of his lifetime when he watches the Mets take on the Astros on Friday.
"It evolved quite slowly," says Mr. Salvo, 62. "When I was a kid, we would go to games in Midwest cities, and that got me started."
Salvo will begin taking on Interleague matchups in 2010.
