Buster Olney of ESPN is reporting that the Rays could listen to offers for center fielder B.J. Upton this winter. Olney talked with some talent evaluators on Monday that are convinced that Tampa Bay will dangle Upton in deals. Upton is talented and plays Gold Glove center field, but he has regressed offensively this season.
