Milwaukee Brewers outfielder Mike Cameron has been suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount for his inappropriate conduct, during the top of the ninth inning of his Club's Saturday, June 6th game against the Atlanta Braves at Turner Field, which included making contact with Umpire Marvin Hudson. Bob Watson, Vice President of On-Field Operations for Major League Baseball, made the announcement. Cameron's suspension had been scheduled to begin tonight, when the Brewers host the Colorado Rockies at Miller Park. However, he has elected to file an appeal. Thus, his suspension will be held in abeyance until the process is complete.
