Houston businessman Don Sanders, who's Nolan Ryan's partner in the ownership of two minor league teams, was at Yankee Stadium and Fenway Park during the Rangers' East Coast trip. But Sanders did not come on the trip as a guest of owner Tom Hicks, a Rangers official said. Hicks said nearly two weeks ago that he is willing to sell a majority share of the Rangers. Ryan-Sanders Baseball would seem to be a match, especially with Ryan in place as team president.
