The Los Angeles Dodgers have no general manager or manager, but still re-signed outfielder Jose Cruz Jr. to a one-year contract with a club option for 2007 on Friday. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cruz was acquired by the Dodgers from Boston on August 9 and was one of the club's most productive hitters down the stretch, hitting .301 with six homers and 22 RBI in 47 games.
