San Francisco's Tim Lincecum registered his 200th strikeout of the season on Friday night in a win against San Diego, according to The Associated Press. Lincecum struck out eight Padres in eight innings of work, becoming the first pitcher in the major leagues to reach the 200 mark. "It's great to get there," Lincecum said. "I've never had that many strikeouts in any season. It's cool. Everything was going well, everything felt good." Lincecum is 14-3 with a 2.48 ERA in 26 starts.
